Brad was driving me to Autozone to get a battery for his truck when he almost ran over a puppy. We stopped and picked it up, then searched around our neighborhood and Twin Cedars for the owner. No luck so far. She was eaten up with fleas and had no collar, but was otherwise in good shape. Help!
